Creating New Users

Digital Market platform allows for the creation and management of multiple users for each brand. Follow the below steps to create a new user.

1. Navigate to User Manager from the Get Started menu

2. Click the 'Add User + ' button and fill out the new user information

Be sure to include the new user's specific email as once you save changes on this page, they will get a credentials email from Digital Market with their username and link to set up a password.

'Manager' ability allows users to create, disable, and delete* other users.   
* If a user has orders in their profile, then they cannot be deleted.
