If an issue occurs within a data file, your brand will receive an email notification providing information on where to capture the erroneous details from GoAnywhere.
Notification Definitions:
- Errors – records weren’t processed and will not be loaded to Exchange.
- Warnings – records were processed and loaded to Exchange with errors and the data needs to be fixed.
Inside GoAnywehere a .txt file will be created, containing details of the errors/warnings into the brand-specific folder, similar to the image below.
